Learning & everyday life

A place to learn.
A place to belong.

A good place to work should also make room for life beyond work. Education, local enterprise and welcoming shared spaces are part of the CWGimpact vision for Arandis.

Skills, livelihoods and shared places.

Learning

Learning for work and life

Education, practical skills and mentorship belong in community life as well as working life. The ambition includes learning for local enterprise, industry and everyday opportunity.

Local enterprise

Room for different livelihoods

Suppliers, trades, makers, cafés and service businesses belong in the picture alongside larger employers.

Community

Space for everyday life

Shaded paths, places to gather and parks could make room for meeting friends, walking after work and spending time outdoors.

Greener places, suited to the climate.

A shady place to meet after class. A comfortable walk. A park to enjoy with family. These everyday experiences give the vision its human purpose.

Water-wise planting and shade trees suited to the climate belong alongside walkable routes. Planting and irrigation would need to fit available water and local conditions.
