CWGimpact brings industrial opportunity, learning and everyday life into one development vision for Arandis. The ambition is a place where productive businesses and a welcoming community can grow together.
Connect opportunity with everyday life.
Industry needs reliable resources, skilled people and connections to suppliers. People need opportunities to learn and earn, and places to spend time beyond work. We want to consider these needs together, so that industrial growth has a place in a wider community.
That means looking at practical training alongside employers’ needs, room for local businesses alongside larger operations, and shaded streets and shared spaces alongside workplaces.
Plan the resources that connect it.
Solar power, efficient buildings and careful water use are part of the vision. So is a circular economy: finding useful ways to reuse materials, water or heat, rather than treating every output as waste.
These connections would need to work for the businesses, people and landscape involved.
